1. Nature of Services
CFS operates as an approved fiscal intermediary for Georgia Department of Community Health waiver programs (including COMP, NOW, CCSP, ICWP, and SWP).
Fiscal Agent Role: CFS provides financial management, payroll processing, and tax reporting services. CFS acts solely as a fiscal agent and is not the employer of record for the caregivers, support workers, or employees utilizing our portals. The Participant or their designated Representative retains all rights and responsibilities as the common law employer.
2. Web Portal and EVV Application Use
As an employer or employee utilizing our Services, you may be granted access to secure web portals and required to use specific Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) applications (such as Mobile Caregiver+).
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your passwords or allow unauthorized individuals to access your account.
Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information you submit, including timesheets, EVV clock-in/clock-out records, and enrollment forms, will be true, accurate, and complete.
Compliance with Mandates: Employees must utilize the designated EVV applications to clock in and out in real-time, as mandated by state regulations. Failure to submit accurate or timely records may result in delayed payroll processing.
3. Prohibited Activities
When using our Site and Services, you agree not to:
Submit fraudulent, falsified, or intentionally inaccurate timesheet or payroll data.
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, or federal laws (including Medicaid fraud regulations).
Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Site or our portals.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
4. Intellectual Property
The content, design, logos, and materials on this Site are owned by or licensed to CFS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
5. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or applications (e.g., state agency portals or EVV software providers). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with the updated "Effective Date" noted at the top. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
