An Important Message from CFS

This is an important reminder that all employees must clock in and clock out every day using the approved Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) app.

Both your EVV clock-in/clock-out records and your time entered in the portal must match. It is important to clock in and clock out using the EVV app, but it is equally important to enter your time in the portal every day after your shift. Both records are required and they must match for payroll to be processed accurately.

If you do not clock in and clock out for your scheduled shifts and enter your time in the portal daily, your payroll cannot be processed until the missing or incorrect time records are corrected. This may result in a delay in receiving your paycheck.

Our team is working diligently to review and correct payroll errors every day, or at least every three days, rather than waiting until the end of the pay period. By entering your time in the portal daily after each shift, we can identify and correct any discrepancies before payroll is processed, helping to ensure you are paid accurately and on time.

Please make it a priority to:

Clock in at the beginning of every shift using the EVV app.
Clock out at the end of every shift using the EVV app.
Enter your completed time in the portal every day immediately after your shift.
Ensure your EVV records and portal time entries match.
Report any technical issues to your Support Coordinator or the Continuum office immediately so they can be resolved before payroll is processed.

Your cooperation is essential to ensuring timely and accurate payroll for everyone. Thank you for your attention to this important matter and for helping us maintain compliance with state EVV requirements.

Please resume creating 30-day schedules in the MCG+ app. All employees working CLS/PSS hours must use the Mobile Caregiver+ app to clock in and out.
